- Membership site provides tactics, tools, resources and continual education (without the hype).

- Provides methods on how to make income without you own products, websites or email lists.

- Requires no special skills allowing both new marketers as well as experienced marketers to benefit from the information.

- Provides proof that real ordinary people and experienced professionals have used the program and experienced success. Below is what a few users had to say about Secret Affiliate Weapon:

I have been trying to make an income online for over 12 months and was constantly suffering from information overload which resulted in me going around in circles and not achieving anything...until I found Ewen Chia.

Ewen arranges things so you can avoid the clutter and get to earn $$ quickly. His simple step-by-step system and the clarity he provides is excellent for a newbie!
- Ian McConnell

- Ryan Blake

Secret Affiliate Weapon was the first program to teach me how easy it could be to draw in back-end sales for more profits. Ewen makes it look simple and you can learn alot just by watching what he does.

Secret Affiliate Weapon is the easiest affiliate income I’ve ever made . It also continues to teach me new things. Thanks Ewen for all your support, your emails, your blog and the countless new Effective ways you keep telling me about to promote Secret Affiliate Weapon.
- G. Reichard

Ewen, I am deluged with people selling tons of products every day...

I can honestly say that ALMOST NONE compare to your Secret Affiliate Weapon product for providing affiliate marketers with methods they can really use to make themselves successful and become a super affiliate themselves.

I always tell my subscribers if they are SERIOUS about becoming a success in affiliate marketing, they need to check out your product!

After personally reviewing the website and resources, I left very impressed with the amount of useful information not only at the site, but is flawless in pointing to other directions to obtain additional free and low-cost resources to complement his teachings.

My only opposing comment would be the site’s real value is high versus actual price being very low for the lifetime membership. While many would say that is good (and it is) it could also lead to over-saturation of marketing this product. This same concern was expressed in other people’s testimonial I read who indicated they wished Ewen would make this an exclusive membership. They feared too many people would learn the strategies, resulting in sales reduction.

Still, with that in mind and until the over-saturation point is reached, I would highly recommend the membership to better improve affiliate marketing efforts.

Free Search Engine Optimization Lessons

Last week, I had the bright idea to work on optimizing my blog by adding Google Site Map. Leave it to me, to make something relatively simple into all day project. That following week, I received my SEO lesson 18 from Brad Callen - I definitely wish I had received it sooner. Rather than me give you the highlights of the lesson, I decided to give it to you in full from the expert, himself.

I would highly recommend taking Brad Callen's SEO course before you pay for any SEO services. Easy, straight forward steps you can take yourself to optimize your website for search engine indexing.

There are several very real, money-valuable benefits to having a good site layout.

Search Engine Indexing
Proper layout techniques, such as having a site map and executing a proper, planned linking strategy throughout your website will not only get your pages indexed easily (but not quicker), but in some cases proper linking will squeeze out every last sliver of ‘votes' towards your important pages. I'll talk more about site maps and linking strategies later on.

Conversion Rate
A good site layout is all about converting your visitors into customers. By making an easy to- use, uncluttered and user-centric layout, you are increasing the chances of leading your customer to into making the ‘critical move', whether it is signing up to your newsletter, filling a survey or buying your product.

User Satisfaction
User satisfaction should be central aim when designing a site layout. Put yourself in the shoes of your visitors, and decide what you want from your website. It is a subtle shift in perception, but it will help you decide whether you really need all those extra menu options on the left or if the design could be simplified by placing those extra links at the bottom of the page; out of immediate view, thus reducing clutter and confusion but within reach if the user needs extra information.

A good site layout will improve the image of your website. Don't just think about search engine rankings – keep your users as your first priority and ensure that your visitors do not go away without being impressed by the clarity and simplicity of your design. Word-of-mouth marketing (either through natural linking or plain blog and forum activity) is a power marketing tool that is largely based on how user-friendly and helpful your website actually is.

A site map has been widely proclaimed as the basic linking tool for site-wide search engine optimization, and with good reason. It presents your website's content – the linking structure of your website – on one single page for search engines and users alike.

Your site map is something like a table of contents for your website. While not the first resort for users looking for information on websites, today's increasingly-aware user audience will more and more turn to a site map if they cannot find something on your website through the traditional menu structure, or if they need to get somewhere really quickly.

Search Engines
A site map, properly mapped and linked from your home page, is the search engine's guide to the depth and breadth of your website. When a search engine spider finally decides that your site in interesting (read important) enough to be indexed further, it will start by exploring links on your home page. Through the site map, it gains immediate one-link access to your complete website, and this greatly speeds up the indexing of all your pages.

Even when the spider does not engage in a deep crawl, a two-level initial crawl is not uncommon, and that will invariably give the spider the opportunity to see all the pages.

For examples of good site maps, check out the following site maps:

* – Google Site Map
* – eBay Site Map
* – Apple Site Map

Optimal indexing
To ensure that your website is optimally indexed, there are some specific linking strategies that you need to follow. It is NOT as difficult as you might expect. At the very basic level, there are two things you must take care of.

Template-based Web Design
Design templates before you start designing your website. Using templates to add new pages to your website will not only bring in consistency, but also allow you to standardize the optimal pattern of in-site linking.

This might sound terribly complicated unless you base all pages on a template. With a well-designed template the process is simplified to just updating the placeholder hyperlinks. Then create sub-templates for categories of pages (main category pages, subcategory pages, etc.) to further ease your burden of reconfiguring each page manually.

Site Structure
A template-based design should, apart from speeding up the design process, focus on optimizing your site-wide linking. This will not only with indexing, but also help in increasing SERPS placement due to extra inbound links for your important pages. Base your site structure on solid, site-wide linking strategies like these:

* Each page should link back to the home page.
* Each page should further link back to its main category page.
* Each category page should provide clear links to any sub categories.
* If possible, each page should have the main menu structure – so as to give maximum link exposure to the most important pages of your website.
* Each page should further link to those important pages on your website that do not have any clear category (privacy policy, Help section, user guide, search page, members section, etc.).

If your template is properly designed and as mentioned earlier you specialize your template into sub-templates, your site structure will become more defined and manageable, and your linking strategy will help in both improving the search engine indexing and increasing your rankings.

Reality Check
Don't spend more time than necessary on site structure and optimizing your linking process. The important thing here is to automate as much as possible, and to plan thoroughly. However, simply arranging your site with a basic linking strategy and a detailed site map is enough for your indexing optimization. As for search engine rankings, use your linking strategy to help you get that extra edge, but don't depend on it – inbound links from other websites are much more valuable.

Benefits of CSS
Cascading Style Sheets, or CSS, have rapidly become main-stream for their ability to separate style and formatting from the content. There is a wealth of very useful material on CSS on the Internet – for now I'll just tell you how they can help your site design.

Separating Style from Content
The aim of Style Sheets was to aggregate the style elements common to the whole site into one, single, easily accessible location. The results are nothing short of spectacular; if used properly, you can change the whole design of a website (even those with thousands of pages) by altering just one page. CSS is also a great way to standardize your site design.

Of course, like all design tools, CSS is much better used when it is part of your website design from the very beginning. You can use separate style sheets for content pages, category pages and your main page, or use the same style sheet for all your pages. Whatever division you end up choosing, the advantages of CSS more than justify making the effort to understand how it works.

Page Indexing
For dynamic, database driven websites, there are two types of problems that hinder indexing of their site pages. Let's look at both.

Non-HTML Pages
For quite some time, having non-html pages in your website meant that spiders could not properly index your website. That does not hold true anymore, with all major search engines being able to index pages of all extensions – it doesn't matter if your page is .htm, .html, .asp, .aspx, .php or even a file (.pdf, .doc, etc.), a search engine can easily include it in its index.

As for which get indexed quicker, there is no specific evidence suggesting that .asp pages don't get indexed as quickly as .html pages, or vice versa. What matters more is that you have links from other websites pointing to yours so that you can get picked up by search engine spiders as quickly as possible.

Dynamic Database-Driven Pages
If you have a database driven website that involves pages that return results from search queries (e.g. product pages), these cannot be indexed properly by the search engines due to their dynamic content. Essentially, the problem is this:

A search engine spider indexes a page by acquiring its URL, and then parsing the page's content (i.e. the code behind the page – or what we would see if we opened it in a text file). With dynamic, generated-on-the-fly pages, the spider's request to view a page is invalid, since page requests of dynamic pages must be accompanied by some information.

For example, if you have a help section that dynamically acquires help pages from the database, it will probably generate a URL similar to:

In this case, the page “info.php” will process the request (user-request for a help page) only when provided values for the required variables – “sec” and “q” in this case. Since the search engine does not know this, it cannot provide the values and thus cannot index this page.

Fixing Dynamic Pages
There is a cure for this problem, and it involves some programming – the code itself is beyond the scope of this article, but one possible answer, if your website is hosted on an Apache Linux server, is to use the ‘mod-rewrite' module and rename all dynamic pages into something short and understandable, such as

For more information, just search for “mod-rewrite” in Google or the search engine of your choice.

Your site layout is full of small details that need to be taken care off. The best advice in this matter is to begin planning right from the beginning – everything from linking strategy to using CSS, ensure that your site design is mapped out. Otherwise, you will spend more time revising the old design rather than promoting your website and adding new content to it.

That wraps up this lesson. I hope all of you will really begin to take your site layout seriously, if you're not already, as the layout of your website plays a MAJOR role in your search engine rankings.

Stay tuned for the next lesson, as I'm going to tell you about a powerful resource that has enabled me to make over $150 extra income every single day... and it's all on complete auto-pilot. I don't do anything!

All the best,

NBC Poll - In God We Trust

I received this email from one of my mortgage lending buddies. The subject line had 'Possible Spam' NBC This MOrning. So I thought many would not receive the email if I forwarded it, so I just decided to post it here. I received it late yesterday, but here it is today:

Do You Believe in God?

NBC this morning had a poll on this question. They had the highest number of responses that they have ever had for one of their polls, and the percentage was the same as this:

86% to keep the words, IN God We Trust and 'God' in the Pledge of Allegiance, 14% against.

That is a pretty 'commanding' public response.

I was asked to send this on if I agreed or delete if I didn't.

Now it is your turn .... It is said that 86% of Americans believe in God. Therefore, I have a very hard time understanding why there is such a mess about having "In God We Trust" on our money and having God in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Why is the world catering to this 14%?

If you agree, pass this on, if not, simply delete.

In God We Trust

Feel free to pass this poll finding to others.

A Thief Or Not?

I received an email a couple of weeks ago from a woman who said all ebooks are worthless and marketers should stop promoting these things as useful resources.

Her story sort of went like this: I sent this guy $69 bucks for his easy-to-make-money book and I didn't make one red cent. He's a thief.

Her initial thought to herself sort of went like this: Hmmm. I sent him money so I KNOW at least ONE GUY is making money on the Internet - All I have to do is the same as he and I'll make money too!

Now herein lies the problem with that duplication thought process, because this what the author did to make money:

* After spending months on the Net reading how others made money he decided to put his experiences to work for him by writing it all down. This took a couple of months.

* He got an eBook compiler that took him a week to figure out how the darn thing worked.

* Next he wrote a compelling sales letter, following the steps from Killer Mini Sites ebook that he bought. This took 4 weeks of editing and revisions.

* A year before all this even started, he had to learn how to upload pages to his domain using the FTP software he bought.

* The author knew people would want resell rights. To make self replicating sales letters, he needed to learn a programming language. This took more time and effort.

* Finally, he hooked everything together from the sales letter to the payment acceptor to the download page to sending the instructions.

Final Analysis - The author was surprised when the woman wrote to him and said, "Your're A Thief".

So, if you want to write an ebook here is where to get Free Software that will do the job for you.

Who's Cheating You Online?

Inner Circle Info You Need:
If you followed my blog for any length of time, then you know I often refer to article content I receive from Jim Edwards, editor of NetReporter..

Why? Because I consider Jim to be one of the most experienced, "Tell It Like It Is" leaders in the internet marketing industry. I not only receive articles from Jim, but also Inner Circle Info I and other loyal subscribers need to know. We get it first, straight from the horse's mouth (no offense intended).

I believe you will agree with me, when you see the video, Jim Edwards recently sent me in a Priority Notification email. In the video, he talks about who's cheating you online? Do you want to know? This is a MUST SEE video for anyone who considers themselves a serious marketer. Jim exposes a *dirty little secret* being used that he's not seeing anyone talk about AND it's causing a lot of suffering to internet marketers as a result. It makes them work harder, spend more money and waste more time than necessary in their online business.

Jim says this video and the information he shares will not make him popular with *some* people, but he says the truth needs to be told.

It's a real shocker - See For Yourself...

Title - Balancing Your Work For The Home Business
Author: Vincent Murphy

With so many young people trying to work from home on the Internet it is amazing just how many of them really do not have the slightest idea of the workload they have got themselves into.

Many of these people did not even sit down and assess what it is that they see as reasonable personal goal. This is a huge mistake on their part. You must know what you want in order to find a way to obtain it. It must be clear to everyone willing to jump into the Internet marketing world; if you are not sure whether or not you have the drive and willingness to succeed you might want to save yourself some time, money and much aggravation. It is easy to desire something and you may think you know how to get it, but there is this little issue about dedication and determination, do you have it? Why put yourself through the troubles of failing and wondering exactly where you went wrong.

The great Winston Churchill once said, “If you find yourself walking through hell, just keep going”. This idea of the struggles people face, in business and in life is just that. Struggles, the winners will survive and the weak will fall. This has been a true facet in life since the beginning of time. Basically staying power in the Internet marketing business is about keeping your face off the pavement.

They also do not get the fact that because it is their business and not someone else’s responsibility, that they in turn will have to work probably much harder to keep it going. When these people hear the nonsense about working 1 hour per week and striking it rich, I truly feel sorry for their heads and wallets when they inevitably re-enter the earth’s atmosphere, and hit the ground with a screeching halt. Again this may be nothing more than naivety, and not total stupidity. The unfortunate part for most people new to the scene is that they have absolutely no idea just what it entails on a time basis.

What must be remembered is that success cannot be bought in a can. It is the single marketing plan and strategy that is doomed to fail. You must be able to walk many avenues in order to reap the benefits of the successes it can yield. Buy into what you truly feel will get you ahead, listen to what other marketers are saying in the forums and try to catch on quick. This field is extremely fast and waits for no one. The best way to do business is to spread out your resources as much as possible; the
best way for exposure is to be out in the middle of the field, if you do your research first, then I have no doubt you will be successful.

About The Author: Vincent Murphy
can help you to find the best home based business ideas and opportunities so you can work at home visit:

Someday when my children are old enough to understand the logic that motivates a parent, I will tell them, as my Mean Mom told me:

I loved you enough . . . to ask where you were going, with whom and what time you
would be home.

I loved you enough to be silent and let you discover that your new best friend was a creep.

I loved you enough to stand over you for two hours while you cleaned your room, a job that should have taken 15 minutes.

I loved you enough to let you see anger, disappointment, and tears in my eyes. Children must learn that their parents aren't perfect.

I loved you enough to let you assume the responsibility for your actions even when the penalties were so harsh they almost broke my heart.

But most of all, I loved you enough . . . to say NO when I knew you would hate me for it.

Those were the most difficult battles of all. I'm glad I won them, because in the end you won, too. And someday when your children are old enough to understand the logic that motivates parents, you will tell them.

Was your Mom mean? I know mine was. We had the meanest mother in the whole world! While other kids ate candy for breakfast, we had to have cereal, eggs, and toast. When others had a Pepsi and a Twinkie for lunch, we had to eat sandwiches. And you can guess our mother fixed us a dinner that was different from what other kids had, too.

Mother insisted on knowing where we were at all times. You'd think we were convicts in a prison. She had to know who our friends were, and what we were doing with them. She insisted that if we said we would be gone for an hour, we would be gone for an hour or less.

We were ashamed to admit it, but she had the nerve to break the Child Labor Laws by making us work. We had to wash the dishes, make the beds, learn to cook, vacuum the floor, do laundry, empty the trash and all sorts of cruel jobs. I think she would lie awake at night thinking of more things for us to do.

She always insisted on us telling the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. By the time we were teenagers, she could read our minds and had eyes in the back of her head. Then, life was really tough!

Mother wouldn't let our friends just honk the horn when they drove up. They had to come up to the door so she could meet them. While everyone else could date when they were 12 or 13, we had to wait until we were 16.

Because of our mother we missed out on lots of things other kids experienced. None of us have ever been caught shop- lifting, vandalizing other’s property or ever arrested for any crime. It was all her fault.

Now that we have left home, we are all educated, honest adults. We are doing our best to be mean parents just like Mom was. I think that is what's wrong with the
world today.

It just doesn't have enough mean moms!

Spotlight: Super Achiever Profile

New Blog Face:
A very special thanks to Madeline Schwartz who took on the task of updating my blog and giving it a much needed face-lift. How she finds the time and energy to do all that she does is unfathomable. I'm certain you will agree with me when you read her profile below.

I met "Maddy" through our team where we both serve as coordinators. Maddy designed our 'Swappies' blog and all of us were extremely impressed with her talent. So, a short while ago, I gave Maddy a phone call, crying out for her help! My blog was in pretty bad shape and Maddy jumped right on it. I wanted to just share Maddy's inspiring story with you, because it is truly an AMAZING one!!

BAYSIDE, NEW YORK – While Madeline Schwartz has severely limited physical capability, it has put no limits on her achievement in life. Graduating this January, Madeline Schwartz has overcome five medical misdiagnosis to obtain her degree, helped change legislation regarding disabled access to educational texts, and recently been elected. She married her husband Mark last year and is currently learning her third language. As Madeline herself says, 'I am proof that the mind is the most powerful tool of all.

Speaking earlier this year at the annual reception for Queensborough Community College’s External Education Program for Homebound Students, Madeline turned to the words of the woman she has turned to as a role model again and again when things get tough, Oprah Winfrey. These words help, but don’t fully explain, her success in overcoming the astonishing obstacles she has faced the last decade 'Challenges are gifts that force us to search for a new center of gravity,” Madeline said. 'Don’t fight them. Just find a different way to stand.'

Schwartz certainly has faced immense challenges in her life, and yet has emerged standing, receiving her diploma in Business Administration from Queensborough Community College of the City University of New York (CUNY) this January on her way to the CUNY’s Baccalaureate program for her four-year degree.

Madeline was born in Puerto Rico and came to NY in 1994 seeking medical treatment for an as-yet undiagnosed ailment that has left her with limited physical capability. She has had five misdiagnoses since arriving, including Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease) due to the rare symptoms of her ailment. Although she operates a power wheelchair using gross motor function of her shoulder muscles, she has little to no use of the fine motor function of her hands and no use of her legs. However, she has never allowed the situation to change her personality, keeping her positivity and mental strength throughout.

She was determined upon arriving in New York to return to college and finish her degree, regardless of her debilitating physical ailment. She learned about The External Education Program for the Homebound at Queensborough at Brooklyn College, where she met Carol Schaeffler, Director of the YAI/Premier HealthCare Center for Assistive Technology at the College who has become Madeline’s mentor through her college career. Madeline researched and found that The External Education Program for the Homebound at Queensborough was the only program of its kind available.
The Program, run by Director Merrill D. Parra, meets the higher education needs of individuals with disabilities who are unable to leave their homes to attend classes on a college campus. Nearing its thirtieth year, this program has become a national model.
Through the program, hundreds of homebound individuals residing throughout the greater metropolitan area have earned certificates and degrees, some without ever coming to campus. Homebound students are admitted to the college on the same basis as all Queensborough students and must fulfill the same requirements for degree.

'I started with easier classes,' she explains, 'two a semester. Then, once I was acclimated, I moved up to three or four a semester. But,” she adds, 'I still had to take microeconomics like everyone else. Nobody rides for free!”

'Madeline has been an inspiration to every student in the program, and to us all,' says Ms. Parra. 'Her drive and ambition, mixed with her love for life, have led her to so many breakthroughs and achievements through the time that I’ve known her. She has never let her physical ailments keep her from achieving her dreams.'

Unable to use her arms, Madeline uses a head mouse with an onscreen with word prediction to type her papers, as well as utilizing Dragon speech-recognition technology. The Homebound program provides computers, video conferencing, softboards (Where as a teacher writes on a board in a physical classroom on campus, she can follow perfectly from home, also saving the material and studying at her own pace) and other types of telecommunication technology to communicate with students directly from the classroom.

While her physical disabilities do challenge Madeline Schwartz, they don’t stop her from heading full steam ahead, both achieving personal goals and working tirelessly for change for everyone who lives with disabilities. 'I have come to understand how powerful anyone, and in this case students, can be when we are organized for change,' Madeline says. “It is especially important for students with disabilities to be organized and have a voice. This, of course, is not always easy as students with different disabilities have different needs. We are most certainly not one homogeneous group.”

To that end, Madeline is Vice-Chair of the CUNY Coalition for Students with Disabilities and President of Queensborough’s Homebound Student Organization. The CUNY Coalition was created to be a lobby and a voice for CUNY’s disabled student population. “It’s not easy to advocate for yourself,” Madeline says, adding that disabled students are more likely to feel isolated and overlooked than the general student population. She has also served as the President of Queensborough Student Organization for several years and as a Homebound mentor.

Schwartz was instrumental in a campaign that helped pass E-text legislation, which has made textbooks available in alternative formats for students with disabilities. 'The computer is essential for my career and future success because it opens up doors to independency for a person who is physically disabled,' she wrote in a letter to Senator Hillary Clinton, working to get the legislation passed. “The problem that I am currently facing is that I am unable to have complete access to my books for college.”

She attempted to get her books on CD or have them scanned, but it wasn’t always successful or practical, and publishers were often unwilling to provide digital alternatives to published books. 'I have had to ask my home health aide to turn the pages for me to be able to study, which is terrible,' Madeline explains. 'Therefore, I have often had to memorize every page number just to be able to review the pages, making my situation very difficult.'

The problem had a very simple solution, but that solution involved the changing of legislation, never an easy task. Still, Chapter 219 of the Education Laws of 2003 was conceived, so that it is mandatory for publishers to provide digital versions of educational texts. 'I believe that people with physical difficulties should have the same rights as everyone else,' Schwartz says, 'especially when my purpose is to be somebody useful in society and to be a part of society.' She has also recently testified at City Hall regarding CUNY access for disabled students.

In a speech she gave as President of the Homebound Student Organization at Queensborough, she reminded the audience that 'we don’t have to wait until we graduate to do great things,' urging students to join organizations that fight for causes and speak out until heard. What drives Madeline to do all this, when most agree that dealing with her physical ailments would be effort enough? 'It would be boring to do nothing with my life,' she says, firmly, adding 'I’m kind of a people person' with an infectious laugh.

What the future holds for Madeline is CUNY’s Baccalaureate Program, where students work one-on-one with CUNY faculty mentors, creating their own areas of concentration. Students may take courses at any CUNY college, including The CUNY Graduate Center, The CUNY School of Professional Studies, and the City College Center for Worker Education and are encouraged to pursue independent research. 'Again, I return to Oprah’s finding your center of gravity quote and learning how to stand differently,' Madeline says. 'Since I have difficulty attending any one campus physically, I have found a better way, by attending them all,' she says. Ms. Schaeffler from Brooklyn College will be her mentor.

How does Madeline utilize the little spare time she has? Not by watching television, which she hates, although she was featured on both CUNY TV’s 'Study with the Best' program and on a WABC TV news segment on technology for the disabled. Among her many pursuits, she has been working to help design a Spanish language program for Computer Vision and Voice, a company which provides assistive technology solutions in the New York tri-state area. She attends physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy while taking care of her treasured cat, Camille, and her husband, Mark, who was a neighbor in her Brooklyn building. They married in October, 2003.

Her ultimate goal? She is interested in a career in the travel and tourism industry, and fully intends to walk again. 'With help from everyone at the Homebound Program, my disabilities have become abilities, making everything reachable for me. I am proof that everything is possible as long as you put your mind to it.,' Madeline says, hoping that her story will motivate others of all shapes and sizes to never give up. 'As I said, the mind is the most powerful tool of all.'

Russell Brunson's Affiliate Training Center

Do You Think Being Coached By One Of The Web's SUPER AFFILIATES Might Be EXPENSIVE? Think Again!

Russell Brunson is considered one of the web’s most successful affiliates. Every month he cashes numerous commission checks, many ranging well up into five figures.

But it wasn’t always that way. When Brunson started out several years ago, he made all the usual mistakes and suffered the common failures of most affiliate beginners.

Then he ran out of money. That was when he decided that if he was going to succeed as an affiliate he’d have to depend on his creativity rather then buying advertising. It was at this point that his fortunes changed.

He discovered a number of techniques that suddenly started a flow of cash and he never looked back. Along the way up, however, he also began to see that there were many needs in Internet marketing that were not being met. So he also started creating products and services of his own.

He also realized that to succeed he needed a team of super affiliates just like himself. People who knew his secrets and could apply them to building their own super affiliate career. But these individuals were few and far between.

That’s when he decided to train them himself. And so he established ‘The Second Tier Affiliate Training Center’ to share his knowledge and secrets with others.

Many told him his coaching was worth thousands of dollars and he needed to charge for membership in ‘The Second Tier Affiliate Training Center’. But he decided not to do this. He knew that by having a membership fee there would be some, just like he had been a few years ago, who wouldn’t be able to afford joining.

So today, membership in ‘The Second Tier Affiliate Training Center’ is absolutely free. No gimmicks, tricks or strings.

A person truly interested in taking advantage of the enormously profitable affiliate web marketing can learn such things as:

- How to choose the right product to promote.

- How to set up an ‘Affiliate Squeeze’ page.

- The 3 ways you should spend advertising dollars (and they probably are not what you think.)

- How to build a huge targeted opt-in mailing list.

And there is a great deal more.

Just one word of caution. Right now 'The Second Tier Affiliate Center' is a pretty exclusive club and Russell wants to keep it that way.

If the membership becomes too large and cumbersome to handle, he will no longer accept new members or begin to charge 'big money' for the training. So don't delay signing up if you are interested.

The site contains more details and provides an open invitation for established marketers, beginners or anyone just thinking about wanting to become a member.

Remember, there is no future obligation to become an affiliate of any of ‘The Second Tier’, products or services. However, Brunson is hopeful that when an individual understands the benefits and high commissions available, that becoming part of his team will be almost automatic.

And when that happens, everyone wins. Which is the whole idea behind offering a free membership in ‘The Second Tier Affiliate Training Center’.

Beware of Brand Spammers

Have you ever wondered how legitimate those *Gift Card* offers are that you receive by email? You know, the ones that say 'You've Won A $500 Gift Card' and it's always from a top name, highly recognized Company.

I remember one time clicking on one those links. I didn't think I was ever going to get off that site. I came to the conclusion, if it takes all this to get the Gift Card, they can keep it! I really became skeptical because of the amount of personal information the site wanted me to provide. Regretfully, I had provided my email address when I began the process. Needless to say, it was a pain in the (you know what) to finally stop a slew of spam emails I received.

There was an article in April 2006 Issue of Business Week that weighed in on this very same topic on the magazine's UPFront page. Just in case you missed it - Here it is.

WAL-MART, HOME DEPOT, STARBUCKS. The names attract millions of shoppers-and those who dwell in the ever-evolving world of computer fraud. Computer security firms are warning about a spate of *brand spam*, e-mails promising a *$500 shopping card* at Wal-mart or a *$500 Home Depot Gift Card*. The offer which use company names and logos without permission, require users to click on a link, type in personal data, and take a survey. Presto! The site says the gift will be mailed.

The offers are, of course too good to be true. "They are using the brand name to add credibility," says Joel Smith, chief technology officer at AppRiver, an email security firm. Smith estimates that of the 500 e-mails per second his firm filters, brand spam offers account for about 3%. Most have complicated user agreements requiring consumers to take additional steps before getting a gift, such as signing up six others for the promo. It's unlikely, Smith says, that anyone ever receives the gift.

Like phishers trying to steal credit-card numbers, brand spammers are trolling for consumers' email addresses and preferences. The reason? To sell the data to other spammers. Soon after signing up for one of these offers a user gets spam for obscure lotteries or *free* movie tickets.

Wal-Mart spokesman Martin Heires says the company is warning consumers that it never offers freebies over the Internet. Home Depot says it has worked with law enforcement to shutter sites using its logo. Starbuck says it is aware of the Starbucks *offer* which is "definitely not a Starbucks project."
